Creator | Jeff Messina |} MEK is one of the most dangerous forces operating in the world today: a technical paramilitary organization created by the powerful supervillain Channel. Built around cybernetic augmentation, battlefield networking, and ruthless military discipline, MEK exists to advance Channel’s ambition of world domination. Channel recruits, converts, or creates cyborg operatives to serve as his inner circle. Each member of MEK brings a different form of enhanced violence to the organization, from armored assault to heavy weapons deployment, sabotage, and battlefield terror. What makes MEK especially dangerous is not merely the power of its individual members, but the organization’s ability to function as a unified combat machine. MEK operatives are trained and equipped to operate in close coordination, supported by advanced communications systems, tactical computation, and cybernetic battlefield control. == MEKagents == MEK also employs an army of MEKagents. These soldiers wear powerful cybernetic armor linked together across long distances, allowing them to operate as a single coordinated fighting force. A squad of MEKagents can share targeting data, tactical awareness, surveillance feeds, and battlefield instructions in real time. Under Channel’s direction, they become more than troops in armor—they become extensions of a larger machine intelligence, moving with terrifying unity and precision. This networked structure makes MEK extraordinarily difficult to disrupt. Even when individual agents are defeated, the remaining force adapts quickly, redistributing information and adjusting tactics almost instantly. == Core Members == <div class="cc-roster-grid"> <div class="cc-roster-card"> Channel<br> The founder and master strategist of MEK, Channel is a powerful supervillain whose cybernetic and technological abilities allow him to command the organization as an extension of his will. </div> <div class="cc-roster-card"> Scorpio<br> A dangerous cyborg operative and elite combatant, Scorpio serves as one of MEK’s primary field enforcers. </div> <div class="cc-roster-card"> TRAXX<br> A heavily augmented MEK operative built for speed, pursuit, and mechanized assault. </div> <div class="cc-roster-card"> Slaughterjack<br> A brutal cyborg killer used for terror operations, close assault, and battlefield intimidation. </div> <div class="cc-roster-card"> Meltdown<br> A destructive operative associated with catastrophic energy release, industrial sabotage, and high-risk assaults. </div> <div class="cc-roster-card"> Howitzer<br> A heavy-weapons cyborg designed for siege combat, suppression fire, and overwhelming destructive force. </div> </div> == Reputation == MEK is regarded by intelligence agencies and superhero teams as a severe global threat. Its combination of superscience, cybernetic enhancement, military organization, and ideological loyalty to Channel makes it far more dangerous than an ordinary criminal syndicate. In all, MEK is a formidable organization and one of the most dangerous technical paramilitary forces of the Modern Age.
