== The Great Comet ==

The appearance of the [[Sigil:Great Comet|Great Comet]] appears to have affected the Breath, though no one agrees upon the reason.

Crafters have reported changes in old seasonal patterns. Artificers have seen workings behave in unexpected ways. Priests speak of unusual manifestations of the Gift. Seylandri listeners describe subtle changes in harmonies that had remained constant for centuries. Ancient places have stirred, and workings believed dormant have occasionally awakened.

Whether the Comet caused these changes, revealed something already happening, or merely coincided with them remains unknown.

No Power has explained it.

No Crafter has solved it.

No scholar has proved a theory.

The world is breathing differently.

That much seems certain.
