Unity Hall dominates the midtown skyline with its clean vertical lines, glass-and-steel construction, and unmistakable silhouette. Designed in a bold modernist style, the tower reflects the Silver Age belief that architecture could express civic virtue: clarity, strength, openness, and progress.

The upper levels of the building are crowned with the Unity League’s emblem, visible for miles and illuminated at night as a constant reminder that the city is under the League’s protection. A broad public plaza surrounds the base of the tower, often used for press conferences, public appearances, ceremonies, and the occasional emergency landing.

Though impressive, Unity Hall is not merely ornamental. Every visible feature serves a purpose, and much of the building’s true function lies beneath its polished exterior.
