== Design And Construction ==

The ''Raptor'' was built by the Andrews Aviation Skunkworks at Alkali Lake, Nevada, the same secretive facility responsible for several advanced aircraft used by superhero teams and private defense organizations. Andrews engineers designed the airframe around a reinforced hypersonic profile, with swept surfaces, thermal-resistant composite plating, and variable geometry systems that allow the craft to shift between high-speed atmospheric flight and lower-speed VTOL operations.

The aircraft’s hull is built to withstand intense aerodynamic heating during scramjet flight. Its internal frame is reinforced against high-stress maneuvers, hard launches, and rapid transitions between flight modes. Although it is not intended as a combat aircraft, it is rugged enough to survive harsh field conditions, emergency landings, and limited hostile fire.
