Editing Crucible:Tyrann (section)

== The Fall Of Atlantis ==

During Tyrann’s reign, Atlantis entered its final catastrophic decline. Civil wars, magical instability, and internal corruption weakened the empire while increasingly dangerous occult forces were unleashed in pursuit of military supremacy and immortality.

Among Tyrann’s closest allies during this period was the archmage [[Crucible:Garth|Garth]], one of the most powerful sorcerers of the dying empire.

When Atlantis finally fell beneath fire, flood, and magical devastation, Garth enacted powerful preservation spells designed to save remnants of Atlantean power for a future rebirth. Tyrann and several surviving relics of the empire were placed into deep mystical hibernation beneath the ruins of the lost continent.

For thousands of years, the Blood Emperor slept.
