The '''NorthAm Confederation''' was one of Terra Ultima’s leading powers, occupying much of the northern continental region that roughly corresponded to portions of North America on Earth-11717, though its borders, political culture, and historical development were entirely different. It was a federal state, technologically advanced, militarily capable, and deeply invested in the idea of continental stability.

The '''Oceanic Union''' was a maritime power built across island chains, coastal arcologies, floating cities, and sea-linked territories. Its influence rested on trade, naval power, ocean engineering, and control of major sea routes.
