== Rivalry With Viceroy == Praetor became one of the greatest recurring enemies of [[Crucible:Viceroy|Viceroy]], whose opposition to Karnak imperial domination repeatedly placed the two on opposite sides of interstellar conflicts. Their rivalry evolved into one of the defining heroic-versus-imperial conflicts of the modern cosmic era. Where Viceroy represents freedom, resistance, and moral responsibility, Praetor embodies order through domination and absolute strength. Each considers the other dangerously misguided. Each also recognizes the other as one of the few beings worthy of genuine respect in battle.
