== HAVOC == Recognizing both his destructive potential and emotional instability, [[Crucible:HAVOC|HAVOC]] eventually recruited Speed Demon into their operations. The terrorist organization provided him with resources, protection, and opportunities for large-scale chaos in exchange for his services. The arrangement suited Dante perfectly. HAVOC gave him targets. He gave them devastation moving at supersonic velocity. Though difficult to control completely, Speed Demon proved extremely effective in sabotage missions, hit-and-run attacks, infiltration operations, and urban terror campaigns. Many heroes considered him one of the organization’s most unpredictable field operatives.
