== Gladiators Of The Edge ==

The fighters of Praxis come from every corner of known space. Some are professional gladiators who seek wealth and renown. Some are condemned criminals fighting for reduced sentences or the bare hope of freedom. Some are prisoners sold into the arenas. Some are warriors seeking honor. Some are monsters captured for spectacle. A few are heroes dragged there by treachery, challenge, or cosmic misfortune.

A fighter who survives on Praxis can become famous across a hundred worlds. Victory brings credits, patrons, titles, weapons, contracts, and the adoration of audiences who may not know or care whether the champion ever wished to fight. Defeat may mean death, enslavement, dismemberment, humiliation, or being fed into the next spectacle as part of the scenery.

The best gladiators become legends. Their names are chanted in orbital casinos, painted on fighter shrines, engraved on betting tokens, and whispered by new arrivals who hope not to face them.
