== What Inglorian Looks Like ==

Religious art depicts Inglorian far more often than anyone claims to have seen him.

Most Rhone images present a tall, armored figure carrying sword and shield, often illuminated from behind by the rising sun. Older traditions sometimes show a bareheaded traveler in weathered mail, an aging judge with a sword laid across his knees, or a gatekeeper standing alone through the night.

Inglorian is commonly represented as male in modern Rhone art, and masculine titles predominate in Triadic worship. Theologians nevertheless caution that a Power is not constrained by mortal sex. The Many-Named may appear in whatever form expresses the truth of the encounter.

The face is therefore less important than the posture.

Inglorian rarely appears in sacred art while attacking.

He stands.

He watches.

He holds the line.
