== Vannimar and Education ==

One reason the Triadic Faith spread so effectively was the work of Vannimar's teachers.

The Veiled established schools, copied books, taught letters, trained scribes, and argued that literacy and learning should not be privileges reserved exclusively for nobles and temple elites. Craftsmen, merchants, soldiers, healers, and ordinary townspeople could all benefit from knowing how to read a contract, keep an account, understand a law, or consult a written history.

This proved enormously attractive in growing Rhone towns.

Vannimari education is therefore practical as often as philosophical. A village school may teach children letters alongside weights and measures. A merchant college may study geography and law. A military archive records failed campaigns precisely because commanders can learn more from disaster than from flattering victory songs.

Knowledge locked permanently in a library has failed part of its purpose.
