I have corrected the error.” <br>— B.E.A.S.T. </div> B.E.A.S.T. is the armored identity of Dr. Dieter Hein, a brilliant but psychologically fragile scientist who removed his own emotional capacity and replaced it with cold, calculated logic. Using advanced neural technology, he now imposes fear, control, and destruction on others with the same clinical detachment that defines his own existence. == Origin == Dr. Dieter Hein was a researcher at a major European corporation, known for his intelligence as much as for his instability. Plagued by anxiety, phobias, and emotional volatility, Hein viewed his own mind as a flawed system in need of correction. Determined to free himself from fear and uncertainty, he designed a neural implant capable of suppressing emotional responses. When he implanted the device into his own brain, the result exceeded his expectations—and eliminated more than he intended. Hein did not simply suppress his emotions. He erased them. Freed from fear, guilt, or restraint, he calmly and methodically murdered his coworkers, viewing the act not as violence, but as a logical outcome of his new state of being. == Evolution Of The B.E.A.S.T. == Following his transformation, Hein expanded his research outward. If emotions were a weakness within himself, they were also a vulnerability in others—one he could exploit. He developed a series of devices capable of manipulating, amplifying, or suppressing emotional states in human targets. These systems were integrated into an advanced battlesuit, creating a mobile platform for psychological warfare. He named this creation B.E.A.S.T.—a clinical irony, given that his new form represented the absence of human instinct rather than its excess. == Conflict With Viceroy == B.E.A.S.T.’s first major operation brought him into conflict with Viceroy. The encounter ended in defeat for Hein, but not capture. Their rivalry continued over the years, with repeated clashes that highlighted the contrast between Viceroy’s control and Hein’s absence of it. Each encounter drove Hein to refine his technology further, seeking more efficient methods of domination. == The Hellrazers == Recognizing his potential, Lady Hellfire recruited Hein into the Hellrazers. Within the group, B.E.A.S.T. serves as both weapons specialist and psychological warfare expert. His abilities complement the team’s destructive capabilities, allowing them to destabilize opponents not only physically, but mentally. == Skills == Dr. Hein is a highly accomplished scientist. * Expert computer engineer * Skilled psychologist specializing in emotional response * Advanced knowledge of neural systems and brain function * Capable systems designer and technologist His intellect is the foundation of everything he has become. == Technology == The B.E.A.S.T. battlesuit is a sophisticated platform for neural and psychological warfare. * Neural Weapons – Systems that can induce fear, paralysis, or emotional collapse * Gas Projectors – Deliver compounds that alter mental state * Field Generators – Area-effect devices that influence perception and emotion * Integrated Weapon Systems – Capable of lethal force when required * Armored Suit – Provides protection and mobility The suit allows Hein to impose his will on others by directly targeting the mechanisms of thought and feeling. == Personality == Dieter Hein no longer experiences emotion in any conventional sense. He operates with absolute detachment, evaluating situations purely in terms of efficiency and outcome. He does not rage, fear, or hesitate. Violence, to him, is not an expression of anger, but a solution. This absence of feeling makes him profoundly unsettling. Where other villains may be driven by passion, Hein is driven by logic stripped of empathy—a perspective that reduces human life to variables in an equation. == Legacy == B.E.A.S.T. represents a different kind of threat: not overwhelming power, but the deliberate removal of humanity itself. By eliminating his own emotions, Hein believes he has achieved perfection. In reality, he has become something colder and more dangerous—a mind without conscience, equipped with the tools to reshape others in his image. He did not become a monster by embracing instinct. He became one by deleting it. </div> CCNav
