Operating behind layers of shell corporations, hidden laboratories, and deniable front organizations, Black Horizon supplies HAVOC with the advanced technologies, experimental weapons, and forbidden research that make the conspiracy one of the most dangerous threats in the modern world.

To governments and intelligence agencies, Black Horizon represents the nightmare fusion of super-science, ideological extremism, and limitless funding. Their scientists create weapons and systems that most nations would consider too dangerous to exist. Their engineers routinely cross ethical boundaries long abandoned by legitimate research institutions. Their vision of the future is not merely authoritarian, but post-human — a world remade through technological supremacy, engineered evolution, and permanent control.

== Origins ==

Black Horizon emerged during the Bronze Age from a loose consortium of brilliant but deeply compromised scientists, engineers, and technologists who believed humanity stood on the verge of a new technological revolution. In their view, governments, universities, and corporations had become timid and bureaucratic, shackling scientific progress beneath regulations, ethics committees, and public fear.

Many of the organization’s founders came from prestigious academic institutions, military research programs, and corporate laboratories. Some had been disgraced.
