== Origin ==

The CyberCycle™ was created by the same unnamed corporate interests that engineered the CyberCaptains™ themselves—a cynical marketing operation designed to manufacture “heroes” and “villains” for profit. As part of the illusion, each CyberCaptain was equipped with advanced gear intended to dazzle the public, sell merchandise, and stage convincing conflicts.

Unlike many elements of the program, however, the CyberCycle was built with real engineering ambition.
