Background: When the Nova Institute began their experiments in enhancing animal intelligence, their first and most successful subject was a guinea pig named...Mr. Whiskers! The malevolent rodent gained amazing mental powers that he used to escape from captivity and seek domination of others.
His schemes have been foiled on several occasions by Monk McGurk and Zydeco Jones.
Status: Active
Powers: Mr. Whiskers is a powerful telepath, with the ability to impose his will on other minds. He uses his abilities to force others to do his bidding, replace his water bottle, and clean out his cage.
Skills: Mr. Whiskers has a genius-level intellect and is well-read in a variety of fields.
