Real Name: Lanny Woods

Background: Cheapshot's background is uncertain. He has worked as an enforcer and small-time hood for a long while. At various times, he claims to have worked with a secret military unit, to be self-taught in his art, to have been part of a government super-soldier program, and to have received training from the Secret Swords. Any of these claims could be true.  What is known is that he replaced Killinger as the chief enforcer for Petro after the mob boss emerged from prison.

Skills: Cheapshot is a highly skilled and dangerous martial artist, with lightning-fast reflexes and a killer's eye. He specializes in striking at weak points, which skill gave rise to his street name. He is capable of determining the weakness of any person of object at a moment's glance, and then shattering it with the slightest touch.
