Real Name: Perrin Kurz
Background: Doctor Dominion was one of the greatest villains of Terra Ultima. A master of weapons technology, he somehow survived the destruction of his world and followed the Alpha Legion to this Earth. He was apparently killed at the end of the Alpha Invasion.
He was the biological father of the hero CounterStrike.
Status: Presumed dead.
Skills: Dominion is a master of all forms of science and technology.
Technology: Doctor Dominion wore a powerful battlesuit that gave him control over nuclear forces. A quadriplegic without his suit, it also gave him full motor control.
