Crucible:Stormriders

As The Terror absorbed the knowledge of many dimensions, destroying them in the process, it also absorbed beings to work as its servants. Over centuries, it created the Stormriders as its heralds. The arrival of these powerful individuals would presage the doom of that world. The Stormriders included the following:

• General Bane: a master planner and military strategist.
• Snarl: a savage feline warrior
• Spinnerette: a small arachnoid with spider-like abilities
• Magna: a powerful energy projector.
• Disciple: a warrior-monk obsessed with the afterlife.
• Xenovore: a cold robotic machine programmed for death.
• Khaos: a psychic vampire from beyond space and time.
• Goblin: a spirit of chaos.

When The Terror came to Earth, the Stormriders were defeated by Watchstar, working in teams all over the globe. As a result, The Terror was forced to negotiate with Watchstar directly.

Later, after the Terror had departed Earth, Goblin managed to re-create the essence of the Stormriders, in effect resurrecting them. They have returned several times since then.
