Real Name: Michael St. Cloud
Background: Silicon Valley entrepreneur Michael St. Cloud discovered that his late grandfather was secretly the Unity City Silver Age hero known as the Scarab. With his own family killed by HAVOC terrorists, he decided to revive the family tradition on the West Coast, becoming a Silver Age hero for the modern era. He took the identity of the Silver Scarab and set forth in a war on crime.

Technology: Silver Scarab makes use of a number of high-tech devices, including an updated Scarab hovercraft, and various personal weapons and defense systems. Most make use of his grandfather's revolutionary direct brain interface that lets him control his technology as easily as thinking.
