Real Name: Kurt Jorgen
Background: Kurt Jorgen was a Nazi scientist who was blinded in an accident when Maximilian Hellstrom destroyed his laboratory. He developed a mechanical replacement for his eyes, called the Visopticon, powered by his own brain waves, that gave him vision into the complete electromagnetic spectrum. With his new improved senses, he volunteered to serve the Fuhrer--and gain revenge on Maximilian Hellstrom!
Status: Deceased
Skills: Jorgen was a skilled inventor and biologist.
Technology: The Eye's "Visopticon" device was wired directly into his brain's visual cortex, and could not be removed. It allowed him to see with infrared, ultraviolet, and x-rays. The device could also project electrical bolts that could injure or kill.
