Background: The being known as General Bane was once the greatest military commander of a world destroyed by the dimensional marauder called The Terror. The Terror reincarnated the General as its chief servant, and assigned its new creature a group of minions known as the Stormriders.

Skills: The General was an expert military leader and tactician. He is familiar with all forms of high technology.
Technology: The General wore a powerful battlesuit that seemed to be integrated into his flesh. It gave him superhuman strength and durability. He also had an array of deadly weapons that he could summon at will.
