Real Name: Philby McPeake
Background: Philby McPeake was a failed small-time stage magician who usually reeked of cheap gin. One night, stole the secrets of true magic from a dying Chinese sorcerer. Then he used his new magical powers to try and make himself rich! In his schemes, he often came into conflict with the Victory Squadron.

Powers: The Wizard's magical talents were formidable. He relied on a group of occult beings to power his spells and had to invoke them by name in order to cast his magics.
Skills: The Wizard had some skill in stage conjuring, ventriloquism, and sleight-of-hand.
