Real Name: Dr. Lawrence Sternhagen
Background: Dr Lawrence Sternhagen was one of the brightest scientists at the Nova Institute who used a set of nanoprobes to map the pathways of his brain. However, the program went awry, boosting his brain power while warping Cooper's mind and giving him the power to control machines. He emerged from the scanner quite a different man, powerful, twisted and depraved. Sternhagen later formed his own private force that he called MEK. He has tried to take over the world with his technology on several occasions but has been stopped repeatedly.
Group Affiliation: Leader of MEK
Status: Currently serving a sentence in Vulture Island Correctional Facilty.
Powers: Channel can exercise psychokinetic control over machines and technology.
Skills: Cooper is a brilliant biologist, surgeon, and computer programmer.
Technology: Channel makes use of a variety of advanced technologies.
