Real Name: Valentin Rasputin
Background: Rasputin's background is mysterious. Clearly a Russian by birth, he appears to have been a product of the same training program that produced Overcoat. He may have been part of the Soviet intelligence service, the KGB. In any case, Rasputin and Overcoat have known each other for a very long time. Rasputin and Overcoat have tangled many times over the years, never to a firm conclusion.
In late years, Rasputin has become involved with Russian crime syndicates.
Status: Active
Powers: Rasputin is a powerful psionivore, or a 'psychic vampire.' He is able to absorb mental energy from his victims: this includes memories, will, or even life force.
Skills: Rasputin is a skilled combatant, both both hand-to-hand and with firearms. He is also an expert spy and infiltrator and a master hypnotist.
