Real Name: Allan Bateman

Background: Allan Bateman was a parahuman whose brain manifested incredible psychic power even as an infant. He was institutionalized early on, but continuously broke free of wherever he was being held. Using his incredible mind assault was child's play to the attendants. It didn't help that he was a selfish child, only concerned with his own welfare. Finally he was sent to the Nova Institute, who studied his powers and found a device to suppress his psionic activity. But Allan wanted none of it. He broke free again, this time with lethal consequences, and joined the parahuman underground, where he encountered Claw. Claw taught him there was a war going on, between old humanity and the new successor species, Homo superior, and that they both were soldiers in that war. Allan was happy to join Claw's new super-team, Factor M, which would fight for a place for parahumanity.

Status: Active

Powers: Psyclone can produce a devastating psychic storm that affects the minds of all those around him like a physical blow. The storm rages constantly and he cannot in fact turn it off. From time to time, he will wear an inhibitor helmet that the Nova Institute created which will suppress his power, but Allan says, The power wants to be free.
