Real Name: Old Man Zeke Maxerlee

Background: Ezekiel Maxerlee lived by himself in a shack at the edge of the bayou. When strange green chemicals dumped into the water began to bubble to the surface of the swamp, they worked a change on his body chemistry, transforming him in horrific ways.

On a visit home, his nephew Jeb discovered rumors of a horrible swamp beast, mutilating and murdering the locals. He was horrified to discover his uncle had been transformed into the monstrous Mutilator!

Although Rebel stopped his uncle, Maxerlee's transformation was subsequently triggered several times in later years.

Status: Unknown

Powers: Mutilator was superhumanly strong and tough, although he had little more than animal intelligence. When berserk, which was often, hyperadrenaline made him nearly unstoppable.

Technology: Mutilator made use of two "chop-chop-choppers!"
