Real Name: Lucy Devereaux

Background: Lucy "Lollipop" Devereaux was a seemingly sweet and unassuming teenager, always the center of attention at Nathaniel Nova High School. Unknown to her peers, Lucy had a gift—or a curse—that allowed her to influence the thoughts of those around her. Her powers fully manifested during a heated argument with her parents, who suddenly obeyed her every command. Realizing her ability to control minds, Lucy began using it to manipulate teachers, friends, and even strangers for her own amusement. Casey Loomis helped her learn to control her powers better, and he took steps to immunize himself and his friends against her powers.

Adopting the name Lollipop, a nod to her innocent appearance and sugary-sweet voice, Lucy became a cunning supervillain, bending others to her will with a simple phrase: “It’s my world—you just do what I say.”

When Computron formed a villain group at their high school, he recruited her, but he has often regretted it, as she can be unreliable.

Powers: Lollipop has a limited form of mind control that only works on other teenagers at short range. She must control one target at a time.

Skills: Lollipop excels at flirting and flouncing, but she doesn't pay attention to anything and never does the homework (the boys'll do it for her.)
