Real Name: Sid Kelly
Background: Sid Kelly is an Australian parahuman from the state of Tasmania. Early in his teens he developed a superhuman physique, with great strength, stamina and agility. But he was trouble on two legs. They called him a bad seed. He was mean and kind of crazy. Sid used his superhuman abilities to bully others, and then he actively committed nasty crimes that landed him in jail. Knowing his criminal acts would eventually send him to prison for life, he joined the Australian army and learned new skills, but he was drummed out of the service because he couldn't help but break the law. Taking the name of Taz, he became a mercenary supervillain for hire and left Australia to sell his skills worldwide.
Rebel has encountered him more than once, and the two have become deadly enemies.
Powers: Taz has massive strength, agility, and stamina,
Skills: Taz is a professional criminal, and an extremely talented martial artist and combatant.
