Real Name: Maximilian Hellstrom
Background: Across the battlefields of Fortress Europe, the most feared and famous Allied agent was the American commando, Colonel Maximilian Hellstrom. His storied exploits were legendary: he saved the British Army at Dunkirk, critically wounded Doctor Omega in a famous duel, destroyed the Nazi plans for nuclear missiles, and personally broke into Hitler's own Eagle's Nest. On several occasions during the war he teamed with an Irish-born spy coded-named Shamrock.
After the war, he was instrumental in founding the UN police force, PHASE II. His descendant Sabrina Hellstrom is currently director of operations for the organization.

Powers: Hellstrom had an special sense for danger, allowing him to elude traps and avoid capture.
Skills: Hellstrom was an expert commando, a master marksman, and martial artist.
Technology: Hellstrom had the most modern weaponry available during the World War II era.
