Real Name: MacIntyre "Mack" Casey
Background: Mack Casey was a small-time hood who ran afoul of an occult artifact and gained the power to become insubstantial. Paroled for helping police, he turned over a new leaf as a mercenary superhero for the just-formed CounterForce organization.
Group Affiliation: Counterforce StrikeTeam: Seattle
Powers: Dark Cloud can take on a ghostly ectoplasmic form, rendering him capable of passing through walls and being resistant to physical damage.
Skills: Casey has many criminal skills from his shady past. He is an experienced pickpocket and safecracker.
