Real Name: Tanya Collins
Background: Former HAVOC operative Tanya Collins made a good living as an international mercenary and assassin for hire, specializing in knife work. But she was wanted worldwide by PHASE II. When the nation of Transasia was formed, she quickly relocated there and with her background became part of the new country's security apparatus. Later she was recruited by Slayer for the Lawgivers, the country's official super-team.
Skills: Slasher is a genius with knives and can use them to find almost any opponent's weakness.
Tech: Slasher carries several knives on her person at all times, and a set of sharp-edged throwing disks.
