Crucible:Annelids

Deep beneath the Earth's surface lives a race of beings whose history stretches far back to the age of dinosaurs. Known as the Annelids, they are distantly related to earthworms but have achieved sentience. They sometimes sent out scouts to the surface world, who gather information and then return to the Annelids to be consumed, and their knowledge is diffused among the people. The Annelid superhero known as Tremor was sent on such a mission.
