Real Name: Veronica DiVega

Background: Veronica DiVega is a South American mercenary who grew up in a country rife with violence from civil wars and from narcotrafficantes. Taking the name Culebra ("Snake"), she worked for the drug kingpin Tarantula when the Strong Persuaders were on his trail, and came into conflict with them. She and Manhunter had a torrid romantic relationship but it ended badly. She has occasionally surfaced in the United States when working for a client.

Skills: Culebra is an expert tracker and hunter, and excels at getting out of tight situations.

Weapons: Culebra favors firearms. The bigger and the louder, the better.
