Real Name: Amanda Matthews
Background: Booster is the younger sister of Tech, like her brother a genius inventor and technologist. She covertly designed the Booster battlesuit, improving on the original battlesuit designed by Protector, and joined Watchstar over the protests of her older brother. She has since been a mainstay of the team.

Skills: Booster is a world-class, self-taught expert in electronics and computers. She is an outstanding, intuitive pilot. She can also identify every single Pokemon monster.
Technology: The Booster armor, which Amanda designed and built, has a huge array of offensive weapons and defenses, as well as flight and life support systems.
