Crucible:Night Shift
The Night Shift began as a partnership between the New York heroes Manhunter and Mistral. The veteran crimefighter Manhunter was a sort of mentor to the younger hero Mistral. The Night Shift is based in Manhunter's Lair in Red Hook, Brooklyn and have a reputation as outlaw superheroes who sometimes break the rules. The team has grown over many adventures.

- Omen (Pandora McCoy): Occultist and speaker with ghosts.
- Oz Traynor: the team's remote operator and support specialist.
