Background: Who he is remains a mystery. But Doc Croc is the one who supervillains (and others) call when they get hurt and can't go to a hospital. You can call his number, but sometimes he shows up without being called. He's an enigmatic underworld doctor who seems to love his work. No patient is ever turned away! He takes all kinds of payments, sometimes in cash, sometimes in trade, sometimes in favors, and never ever takes a check. He always fixes you up good as new.

Powers: Doc Croc may possess the ability to teleport, as he doesn't seem to have any form of transportation but can cross long distances (sometimes across the breadth of a continent) almost instantly.

Skills: Doc Croc is an excellent physician who seems to have graduated from medical school in the 19th century.
