Real Name: Liam O'Meara

Background: Liam O'Meara started out as a thug and gang enforcer in the streets of war-torn Belfast. He found out his skill and passion was in killing people. He was blown to pieces in a car bomb of his own devising, but his old friends from Belfast made sure he was rebuilt better than ever, with cyborg parts. But the process left him a little unbalanced, and he killed all his old friends, one by one, each death more inventive and horrific than the last. With his new strength and powers, he became a mercenary, a soldier for hire with the name Anarky.

He eventually joined up with the terrorist group HAVOC and rose through the ranks, and recently became their supreme commander.

Powers: Anarky is possessed of a cyborg endoskeleton that enhances his physique and allows him to absorb projected energy. He has enormous personal strength and toughness.

Skills: Anarky is a master of combat and stealth.

Technology: Anarky is known to wield a variety of deadly weapons, including energy and flame weapons, blades, and  shaped charges.
