Real Name: Markus Zimmer

Background: Robotics technician Markus Zimmer was there when Deus X and his robot army overran his lab. The superintelligent robot subjected Markus and his coworkers to cybernetic surgery, turning them into unwilling cyborgs, and implanted control circuits so that the cyborgs would obey Deus X's orders. But Markus broke free of this technological slavery and escaped.

Markus decided he needed to stop this menace. Calling himself Circuit Breaker, he began a one-man war on intelligent robots so that the evil that had impacted him and his coworkers could not reach anyone else. His war has often put him on the wrong side of the law and other superheroes.

Powers: Circuit Breaker possesses a cyborg endoskeleton that enhances his physique, gives him superior senses, and gives him a number of energy powers.

Skills: Markus is a trained engineer.

Technology: Circuit Breaker makes use of "arc weapons" which project an electromagnetic field that can disrupt or destroy computers and robots.
