Crucible:Blur
Real Name: Young quantum physicist and marathon runner Dr. Ignacio Morales was caught by an accident with a quantum device designed to affect the flow of time. Recuperating in the hospital, he found he had the ability to vibrate in time, seeing events before they happened, to move at super-speeds, and to phase through solid objects. His powers came to the attention of an evil corporation that wanted to replicate the experiment. Ignacio knew he had to stop them. Since his powers enabled him to hide his identity, his enemies reviewing the surveillance videos only referred to him as the Blur. The Blur proceeded to take their operations apart.
The Blur became a costumed superhero in Pacific City. You might not get a clear look at him, but you always knew when he was around!
Powers: The Blur is super-fast and can move at many times the speed of sound. He can use his vibrational powers to fire offensive energy beams, to pass through solid materials, and to travel in other dimensions if needed.
Skills: Morales is a well-educated physicist. He makes a real effort to stay in condition.
