XCorp is a large multinational conglomerate, based in San Francisco, and run by the mysterious financier Lazarus X . Few know that the company is actually a front for the operations of Lazarus X and his private army, the group known as Eclipse .
The supervillain Diehard worked for some time as the corporate chief of security. XCorp has a large and varied portfolio, including manufacturing, defense, and consumer goods.
