Background: Dr. Barnabas Polycarp was a reclusive New Jersey inventor obsessed with immortality. In a desperate experiment, he attempted to transfer his consciousness into a machine while preserving his brain in a nutrient-rich fluid. A malfunction fused his mind with the only living thing nearby—a pet goldfish. Now trapped in a custom-built "aquatic exosuit," he was driven mad by his predicament. Harnessing water-based weaponry and advanced robotics, he wreaks havoc to fund his quest to reverse his condition.
