Real Name: Jameson Kent

Background: Jameson Kent, a scholar of Egyptian antiquities sick with cancer, struck a desperate deal with an ancient Egyptian god to save his life. He acquired some of the god's magic, but had to give up much of his humanity to serve the god's evil wishes.

Status: Active

Powers: Wyrde possesses extraordinary magical senses and is never surprised. He is clairsentient and can see unerringly into the past and future. Wyrde can pass through solid objects like a ghost, and is surrounded by an aura of luck.

Skills: Dr Wyrde is a master of black magic and a scholar of the occult and ancient Egypt.
