Background: Born in a bleak, hyper-urbanized future ruled by AI overlords, Hardwire was engineered as a perfect soldier, a hybrid of man and machine. Disillusioned after years of serving as a pawn in endless corporate wars, he went rogue, becoming a feared mercenary. When he discovered plans to erase human freedom by manipulating history, Hardwire stole experimental time-travel tech to escape his masters and rewrite the past. Arriving in the present, he seeks to ensure the rise of his cyberpunk future by accelerating humanity's reliance on technology—ruthlessly eliminating anyone who stands in the way of his twisted vision of progress.

Powers: A cyborg, Hardwire is super-strong, swift, and durable. He has a number of electronic defenses and can interface directly with computers.
