Background: Khaos was the lord of a race of psychic vampires whose world was conquered by the interdimensional Hundred Worlds. When the entity called The Terror swept through his universe, he served it willingly in order to gain revenge on the Hundred Worlds. He eventually became one of its heralds, the Stormriders.

Powers: Khaos is a psychic vampire, with the power to drain mental energy and memories. He considers the taste of personal memory a great delicacy and he savors every drop.
