Real Name: Daniel Hayes

Background: As a teenager, Daniel Hayes was known as the villain Slingshot, a member of the group Rock n' Roll. After a stint in prison, and some training from HAVOC, the former teen villain took up the life of an assassin for hire, with a new name, Arsenal.
