Real Name: Doctor Artemus Sykes

Background: Neurotics build castles in the air, psychotics live in them, and psychiatrists collect the rent. Doctor Sanity is all three! Dr. Artemus Sykes was a brilliant psychiatric researcher, brain surgeon, and chemist. But he suffered from crippling social anxiety. To relieve his anxiety, he started taking some of his custom-made "medications" to make "improvements." That got out of control real fast. Now he's a raving loon and a very dangerous supervillain.

Status: Active

Skills: Sykes is a trained surgeon (now without a license to practice) with detailed and arcane knowledge of the human brain, and an expert chemist. Sanity speaks with a bad Viennese accent, even though he was raised in the Bronx.

Technology: Sanity makes use of an arsenal of psychoactive drugs and devices. He also likes to wear rocket skates so as to make a quick getaway.
