Background: A mysterious visitor from a far-off world across the galaxy, Black Devil may be an advance agent of an alien invasion or simply an alien mercenary. He battles on the side of the Axis during World War II, often coming into conflict with the Victory Squadron.

Status: Unknown

Powers: The extent of Black Devil's powers are unknown. He has the ability to leap great distances and run at high speeds, and seemed to be able to see in the dark.

Skills: Black Devil was an extremely capable combatant.

Technology: Black Devil wore a powerful battlesuit for protection, and used a spear-like energy weapon.
