Real Name: Boris Fezznyk

Background: During the Silver Age, one of the most dangerous and persistent foes of PHASE II was the European arms smuggler Boris Fezznyk, also called the Fez.  A highly-ranked executive in HAVOC, he used money, power and brute strength to achieve his ends and eventually rise to the top circle of the organization.  He was a frequent opponent of the Pearl.

Status: Unknown

Powers: Although Fezznyk was not a known superhuman, he appeared to have much greater strength than an ordinary human.

Skills: Although a large, brutal man, Fezznyk had a sharp business sense and was capable of being diplomatic where necessary.
