Background: Jackie Drago grew up in the brutal streets of the Narrows, a working-class town later incorporated into Unity City. A brilliant strategist with a talent for persuasion, Jackie climbed the ranks of the criminal underworld through a mix of charm and ruthless efficiency. After orchestrating a bloody coup against the old crime families, Jackie united their factions under one banner, becoming the undisputed ruler of the city's criminal empire. With a code of loyalty and pragmatism, Jackie mixes organized crime with philanthropic fronts, controlling politicians, law enforcement, and businesses. Despite his power, Jackie’s rise hides scars from betrayals and personal loss.

Skills: Drago is a crack shot and excellent with his fists. He has a has a cool Machiavellian leadership style that makes him feared across Unity City.
