Real Name: Clyde Binion

Background: Clyde Binion was always in trouble. A small kid, he had a big mouth and lots to prove. He often skipped school and the days he was there, he was difficult with everyone. He played pranks and loved to be the center of attention. On a school field trip to a local science lab, just for the attention, he actually climbed into an experimental nuclear reactor. He was pulled out immediately, but the radiation energized his cells. He found he could generate energy from his fingertips and direct it. He kept his ability secret from everyone except science nerd Casey Loomis. But Clyde assumed the masked identity of Quark and started using his powers to commit crimes, robbing stores for extra cash, and mugging tourists in downtown Pacific City. Shortly afterwards, Loomis recruited him for his new supervillain team, Rock N' Roll.

Powers: Quark can generate and direct nuclear energy from his fingertips. He can also create force fields.

Skills: Quark has several criminal skills, such as pickpocketing.
